For film, TV, and stage. More depth and stillness, a little more edge in the lighting, wardrobe that stays out of the way. This is the frame that says you can carry a scene. We shape it around the range you actually get called in for, from the grounded lead to the character work.
The relatable person in the ad
Warmer, brighter, a real smile that reaches the eyes. This is the friendly neighbor, the trustworthy professional, the person you'd cast to sell something to normal people. It reads open and likeable on the first glance, which is all a commercial breakdown gives you.
Most actors leave with both. We plan your looks before the shoot, then work through wardrobe and expression changes in one session so you walk out covered for theatrical and commercial submissions.

A few things that decide whether a headshot gets you the audition or gets scrolled past.
Eyes that connect
Everything lives in the eyes. If they aren't present and reaching the lens, the rest doesn't matter. Most of my direction is spent right here.
Skin that looks like skin
Actors get burned by over-retouching. If you don't match the headshot when you walk in the room, that's a wasted audition. I keep it true to life on purpose.
Framed for casting sites
Vertical, chest-up, correct crop for Actors Access, Backstage, and agency profiles. It has to read as a thumbnail and hold up when they click in.
Backgrounds that stay back
Clean, simple, and separated from you so nothing competes with your face. The background's only job is to disappear.
